Trasporti Romagna Spa

Gruppo Trasporti Romagna is an Italian transport and logistics group that has been on the road since 1925. Bringing together Trasporti Romagna and Blue City, the group serves customers across a broad range of freight and supply-chain needs. Its services include temperature-controlled transport, general and dry-goods distribution, produce and meat transport, and delivery of frozen and fresh foods, cheeses, cured meats, pharmaceuticals, clothing, cosmetics, electronics and animal-feed materials. The group also handles bulk animal-sector goods, including raw materials, feed and liquids.

Its fleet includes refrigerated vans, rigid trucks, trailers and specialist vehicles, with equipment such as temperature recorders, GPS tracking, hydraulic lifts and onboard electric pallet trucks. Refrigeration systems can reach temperatures as low as -20°C. The company also highlights rapid-delivery capacity and storage services. The website reports a circulating fleet of more than 750 vehicles, 266,000 square metres of storage, 1,675 people and 280.3 million parcels handled. Blue City’s acquisition strengthened the group’s position in food logistics and temperature-controlled transport.
