GRYF z.s.

GRYF Liberec is a sports club based in central Liberec, where it trains at ZŠ and MŠ Doctrina. The club introduces children and young people to movement through age-appropriate, varied training, with programs in general sports preparation and karate. Its activities begin with sessions for children aged 2.5 to 3.5, who exercise alongside a parent. Preschoolers can develop a broad foundation of physical skills, while school-age children can choose general sports preparation or karate. Karate programs are offered for children aged 6 to 8 and 9 to 14. From age 15, participants can explore Systema, a comprehensive martial art presented as self-defense.

GRYF Liberec aims to help young people enjoy sport as part of an active life. Alongside regular training, the club offers social activities and an educational program for its coaches. Members can access a club information system that brings important team updates together in one place. Prospective members can contact the club or attend a training session to learn more about its programs.
