Grzegorz Olszowka

Grzegorz Olszowka, known as grzgrzgrz, is a Berlin-based thinker, writer, systems maker, music producer and composer whose work spans technology, culture and the arts. As CTO and founder of kiba.berlin, he helps organisations implement agentic AI and pursue sustainable digital transformation. His software projects include open-source tools for manuscript review, workflow management and analysis of large codebases, alongside digital products for construction businesses and the Mittelstand.

Olszowka writes books, essays and practical guides on technology, artificial intelligence, music production and the future of work. His publications include Die Grammatik der Furcht and the forthcoming Der Künstler im Zeitalter seiner technischen Reproduzierbarkeit. In music, he has worked as a producer, writer and mixer, earning platinum recognition with K.I.Z. and gold recognition for work connected with Kraftklub and Kummer. He also releases music under several names and creates soundtracks, spoken-word performances and audio dramas. His film and audio work includes composing, directing, performing and sound design, while his photography includes a selection of analogue 35mm images.
