The General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance is a Greek public-sector organization responsible for supporting the digital operation and modernization of government. It provides and coordinates digital infrastructure, information systems, and online services for public authorities, citizens, and businesses. Its work includes the Interoperability Center, government cloud services, systems for secure document exchange and digital signatures, and platforms supporting public payments, payroll, and electronic invoicing for public contracts.

The Secretariat also makes a broad range of public services accessible online. These include e-Paravolo payments, citizen identification and contact registries, property valuation and transaction records, business registries, and services related to benefits, vehicles, and public assets. Remote assistance platforms enable people to contact participating public agencies by video or other appointment-based channels. For businesses, services include beneficial ownership and energy-product tank registries, as well as digital tools for public procurement and compliance.

Through its projects, statistics, guidance, and service platforms, the Secretariat helps connect government systems and make administrative processes more accessible and efficient for the public and public institutions.
