Guan Lin

Guan Lin is a welcoming judo club based at Buurtcentrum de Mussen in The Hague, offering classes for children and adults. Since its founding in 2021, the club has brought together beginners and experienced judoka, recreational participants and competitors, with members ranging in age from 6 to 84. Its qualified instructors lead sessions for children aged 6 to 12 and adults, supporting participants as they learn and develop their judo skills. The club also offers opportunities to prepare for competitions and examinations, with Saturday sessions available by invitation.

Guan Lin encourages members to take part at a level that suits them. It participates in the Kameraden Divisie, an event that makes competition accessible to judoka who are not elite athletes, and adults can also enter traditional competitions. Club activities include a judo tournament, youth grading examinations and a multicultural lunch. Newcomers can try two lessons free of charge. Monthly fees are €20, with a reduced rate of €12.50 for students and Ooievaarspas holders; children may also join through De Mussen.
