Guatemala Green Building Council (GGBC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable design and construction practices in Guatemala. Their mission is to provoke a transformation in the real estate, design, and construction market towards economically feasible, environmentally friendly, and socially accepted practices. GGBC aims to design, build, and operate buildings and communities that are more suitable for the present and future.

As part of the World Green Building Council network, GGBC collaborates with 80 GBC members globally. They also provide technical expertise to government, academia, and businesses in Guatemala, aiming to contribute to the country's development. GGBC offers various services, including educational events, international certifications, LEED certified projects, in-house training, and a green store.
