Guidance is Austria's first purpose-driven mentoring program for students in Vienna. They offer a mentoring network for exceptional students interested in economic topics. With Guidance, students can expect to shape their own mentoring journey by receiving 1:1 mentoring from their mentors, building their professional and international networks, and participating in workshops with partner companies to discuss current issues.

Through these experiences, students have the opportunity to generate social impact while gaining personal growth and professional development. The mentoring network begins in October and ends in June with a celebration party exclusively for mentees. Workshops are held every two weeks on Thursdays from 18:30 to 20:00.

Joining Guidance means becoming part of a unique network that already has over 100 members, including mentors, mentees, and alumni.
