Guided Home Prep is a property planning and coordination service serving homeowners in South Central Pennsylvania. Created by Kasey King, it helps people facing inherited homes, downsizing, moves, repairs, or uncertainty about what to do with a property. The service begins with a conversation to understand the situation, explain possible options, and shape a practical plan around the owner’s priorities, timeline, property, and financial goals. There is no predetermined solution, and homeowners can choose how much support they need.

When clients want help carrying out their plan, Guided Home Prep can coordinate the people, services, and next steps involved in preparing a property for sale or another transition. Support may include sorting belongings, cleanouts, donations, junk removal, estate sale or auction coordination, cleaning, organizing, moving assistance, staging, repairs, painting, flooring, exterior cleanup, and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other contractors.

Guided Home Prep is a service of Bodacious Properties.
