Guided Outdoor Adventures

Guided Outdoor Adventures provides guided outdoor activities and instruction in the Canberra region, with a focus on rock climbing, abseiling and caving. The business offers beginner and intermediate rock-climbing instruction at White Rocks, a small limestone cliff near Queanbeyan, less than 20 minutes from central Canberra. Described as the region’s “nursery crag,” White Rocks is suited to climbers moving from indoor gym climbing to outdoor rock climbing and abseiling. Its setting overlooks the Queanbeyan River and the Eastern Escarpment.

The company also organises caving trips in the Canberra and NSW region, including regular outings to limestone caves around Wee Jasper, about 72 kilometres west of Canberra, as well as trips to Bungonia. For Wee Jasper excursions, Guided Outdoor Adventures supplies guides and equipment. The area’s camping grounds and farm-stay accommodation can support visitors planning a longer stay. The business also offers group activities and booking options, alongside information about meeting locations and its guided experiences. It acknowledges the Ngunnawal people as the traditional custodians of the land.
