GuideNest is an Australian-hosted care record and support companion for families of neurodivergent children. Available on the web, iPhone and Android, it helps parents and carers bring together the information often scattered across school portals, therapy reports, emails and personal notes. Families can keep a dated journal of everyday observations, store assessments and plans in a document vault, and maintain each child’s profile, care team, diagnoses, goals, interests and sensory information. GuideNest can also generate summaries to help families prepare for appointments, handovers and NDIS funding discussions, making it easier to share relevant details with teachers, therapists and other supporters.

The service includes resources and guidance for families, alongside tools designed with input from allied health practitioners and Australian parents with lived experience. One subscription covers every child in a family and includes web and app access. GuideNest offers a seven-day free trial, followed by annual or monthly pricing. It is often claimable as an assistive-technology or capacity-building support under self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans, but not agency-managed plans.
