Guildmanager

GuildManager is an MMO guild management platform that helps guild leaders and officers coordinate their communities without relying on scattered spreadsheets and Discord bots. It brings member records, guild rosters, events, attendance, recruitment, loot, and DKP management together in one place, with support for guilds of any size.

Guilds can schedule one-time or recurring activities, set role capacities, manage sign-ups, and fill vacancies from a waitlist. Attendance can be recorded through Discord voice snapshots, PINs, screenshots, or officer check-ins. Recruitment tools let officers create application forms, review candidates, and keep decisions organized. For loot distribution, GuildManager supports DKP auctions and loot rolls, including eligibility, priority, bids, and recorded results.

Discord integration syncs guild roles, sends event reminders, supports commands, and shares updates with members. The platform also provides audit history so officers can review changes to roles, recruitment decisions, and loot awards. GuildManager offers a free option with unlimited members, no credit card requirement, and a setup process described as taking about two minutes.
