Les Guinguettes de l’Yvette is an association-led, free festival celebrating street arts and culture along the Yvette River in Essonne, France. Held each year on the first weekend of June between Palaiseau and Villebon-sur-Yvette, it brings local communities together for an open-air, family-friendly event. The festival is organized by the Les Guinguettes de l’Yvette association in partnership with MJC Boby Lapointe and MJC Théâtre des 3 Vallées, with support from volunteers.

Across the weekend, visitors can enjoy more than 20 performances and activities spanning live music, circus, theatre, dance, and other performing arts. The program is designed for all generations, offering opportunities to discover varied creative work, share joyful experiences, and connect in a welcoming setting. The 2026 edition is scheduled for June 6 and 7 on the banks of the Yvette, with activities beginning at 2 p.m. The organization also invites the public to support its work through donations and volunteering, and acknowledges local businesses, artists, and community groups that contribute to its events and fundraising activities.
