Gulliver S.A. es una empresa que surge de la estrecha colaboración entre una consultora en management Gestión & Liderazgo S.A. y una empresa de tecnología de información y comunicaciones (TIC) Blue Company S.A. Ambas han desarrollado en conjunto proyectos de capacitación masiva, como parte de procesos de cambio cultural, en universidades, instituciones públicas y grandes corporaciones. La propuesta es combinar la experiencia de los últimos siete años de la consultora en movilizar cambios masivos y el liderazgo a nivel iberoamericano de la empresa de TIC en la producción de comunidades virtuales para, en conjunto, crear nuevas ofertas de Comunidades de de Colaboración y de Aprendizaje.
