About Gunn Health and Fitness
Gunn Health & Fitness is a women-focused personal training company based in Moama, New South Wales, serving women in the Moama and Echuca area and online. Founded by Melissa Gunn, a mother, personal trainer and health and wellness coach, the business aims to make exercise practical, welcoming and family-friendly, particularly for mums who want to train without arranging childcare. Its approach considers physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and supports clients in building sustainable healthy habits.
Services include individual or small-group personal training, available face-to-face or virtually in 30- or 45-minute sessions, with flexible locations. Members can also join live weekly online workouts via Zoom, in-person women’s boot camp classes where children are welcome, and group fitness sessions offering varied training. The virtual program provides at-home workout options, while yearly challenges combine group training, recipes and ongoing support and guidance. Gunn Health & Fitness also shares health advice and fitness tips, and offers plans and pricing for its programs.
