Guppy

GUPPY is a Japan-based employment platform specializing in jobs across healthcare, dentistry, nursing, caregiving, and welfare. Launched in 2000 and operated by Medley, Inc., its job board helps people find roles across 57 occupational categories, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dental professionals, therapists, care workers, childcare staff, and medical administrators. Users can search nationwide listings by profession and location, and compare full-time, part-time, and other employment opportunities.

The platform is not an employment-agent service, so applicants can explore openings and manage their job search at their own pace, without frequent calls or pressure to apply. Registered members can save vacancies, receive messages and scouting offers from employers, and use aptitude assessments and career resources, including guidance on applications, resumes, and interviews. GUPPY also provides recruitment advertising services for hiring organizations.

With more than 46,000 registered organizations reported as of December 2025 and a substantial presence among dental practices, the service connects job seekers and employers throughout Japan
