Its primary goal is to support talented students from underprivileged backgrounds, providing essential financial assistance that enables them to pursue academic excellence and professional aspirations. The trust offers scholarships, covers admission fees, and supports training expenses for deserving youth, ensuring they have the resources to thrive.

With plans for establishing an English medium Senior Secondary School and residential facilities, Gurjar Education Welfare Trust is enhancing educational access further. They are currently constructing a hostel in West Delhi, designed to support students preparing for competitive exams. Additionally, the trust promotes community libraries and educational resources, facilitating serious study environments.

Beyond education, the trust actively addresses social issues such as female foeticide and dowry, while preserving and celebrating Gurjar culture.
