Gustharts

Gustharts is a reputable brand that has been providing arborist equipment, as well as repair and servicing, since its establishment in 1985. Located in Northumberland, just outside of Newcastle, Gustharts is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to its customers. The company was originally founded as Gusthart's Chainsaw Centre by Jim and Robert Gusthart, a father and son duo with a combined experience of over 92 years in the chainsaw industry.

They started their journey at a local timber merchant and eventually ventured out on their own, establishing Gusthart's Chainsaw Centre and becoming the authorized STIHL dealership. Over the years, Gustharts grew significantly, expanding its range of outdoor power equipment like chainsaws, strimmers, lawnmowers, and hedge cutters. However, the real breakthrough came with the addition of climbing equipment to their offerings.

Starting with just a few harnesses and ropes, Gustharts now carries a comprehensive selection of arborist equipment. In 2012, the company moved to a purpose-built location near their previous residence to accommodate their expanding business. Gustharts' commitment to quality products, expert repairs, and excellent customer service has made them a trusted name in the industry.
