Gut Hogefeld

Gut Hogefeld is a family-run horse pension in Kleve-Rindern, on the Lower Rhine in Germany, offering care and accommodation for both young horses and older horses. The farm provides more than 100 horses with a supported retirement, including for so-called “Gnadenbrot” horses, in open-stable housing designed to allow plenty of movement. Daily care is provided, and horses have access to extensive outdoor areas.

Young horses are also welcomed for rearing. Gut Hogefeld says its pastures cover more than 400,000 square metres, giving them room to move, play and develop. Hay and straw from the farm’s own harvest are available to the horses at all times. The pension is offered as full board, listed at €298 per month in the supplied information. Prospective customers are invited to contact the Schulte Spechtel family by phone or email and arrange a personal visit to see the facilities. Gut Hogefeld’s services are centred on practical, spacious accommodation and ongoing care for horses at different stages of life.
