Gwent Memorials

Gwent Memorials is a family-oriented memorial masonry company based in Little Mill, Pontypool, serving families across South East Wales. Established in 1991, it provides sensitive, personal support to people choosing a fitting tribute for a loved one. Its range includes hand-carved memorial stones in granite and natural stone, headstones, kerb sets, cremation tablets and children’s memorials, with bespoke designs and help selecting inscriptions, lettering and stone colours.

The company also adds inscriptions to existing memorials and offers headstone cleaning, restoration and maintenance. Its team can visit clients at home with brochures and samples, and offers evening and weekend appointments. Gwent Memorials liaises with churches, chapels and local councils to help ensure applications meet site requirements. The business is BRAMM-accredited, and its memorials are installed to British Standard BS 8415. It emphasises quality workmanship, correct installation, competitive prices and aftercare, providing families with practical guidance and compassionate service throughout the memorial selection process.
