Girls and Women Technological Empowerment Organisation (GWTEO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and women to become bold, confident, and knowledgeable technology leaders. By exposing girls and women to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities from an early age, GWTEO aims to motivate and encourage them to pursue career paths in technology, ultimately increasing the representation of women in the field. Their programs focus on building capacities in renewable energy technology, environmental sustainability, ICT, and self-esteem, with the goal of instilling entrepreneurial skills in young girls and women and improving their economic power.
