Gyermeksebészek

The Hungarian Pediatric Surgical Society (Magyar Gyermeksebészeti Társaság) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing pediatric surgery in Hungary. Its aims include sharing Hungarian and international achievements, promoting professional progress by spreading new knowledge, and reviewing and discussing developments in the field. The Society is a member of MOTESZ and WOFAPS, and is represented in EUPSA through its members. It also maintains professional and friendly relationships with most European national pediatric surgery societies.

The Society’s website supports communication and knowledge-sharing among pediatric surgeons. It publishes announcements and professional updates, including calls for members to submit pediatric surgery and pediatric trauma publications for presentation. It also shares information about conferences, lectures, and other events, as well as job vacancies and notices relevant to the profession. Members can find society-related information, while sections on awards, congress reports, membership, and organizational details provide further resources. Through these activities, the Society connects practitioners and helps disseminate developments across the pediatric surgical community.
