H3ABioNet is a Pan African Bioinformatics network that aims to enhance bioinformatics capacity on the continent. Comprising 28 Nodes distributed among 17 countries, with 16 of them located in Africa, H3ABioNet provides a comprehensive range of products and services to support research projects and innovative translational research. As part of their offerings, H3ABioNet implements a Pan African informatics infrastructure and operates an H3Africa data coordinating center.

They also provide high-quality informatics support, education, and training through courses, events, and internships.
