H3 Fencing

Hills Fencing Institute, known as H3 Fencing, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) fencing club founded in 2006 by Coleen and Dennis Daly. Located on Jericho Turnpike in East Northport, New York, the club serves fencers on Long Island, including children as young as six and seven. H3 offers fencing classes for beginners and experienced athletes, along with footwork courses, individual lessons, and day camps.

Its programs help participants develop their skills in a supportive, community-minded setting, with coaching informed by high school, regional, and national fencing experience. The club also provides information about its travel team, tournaments, registration, and club wear, and can assist visitors seeking fencing equipment. H3 athletes compete at local, regional, and national events, and some have earned national ranking points and placed among the top eight in competitions.

With a focus on instruction, competition, and team connection, H3 welcomes those interested in learning to fence or pursuing competitive goals. The club is based at 3032 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, NY
