About Haags Dierencentrum
Haags Dierencentrum, established in 1877, is the oldest and one of the largest animal rescue centers in the Netherlands. We are dedicated to providing care and a suitable living environment for stray dogs and cats found in the Den Haag region, as well as those surrendered by their owners. With a team of experienced caregivers, all certified behavior therapists or in training, we ensure that every animal receives the necessary medical attention and behavioral support during their stay.
By observing their behavior, we gain valuable insights into their personalities, enabling us to provide accurate information to potential adopters about their specific needs. Our center also houses an in-house veterinary clinic, providing comprehensive medical care for the animals. Additionally, we offer boarding services for both dogs and cats.
