The Habibie Center is an independent and non-profit organization founded by Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie and his family. Our primary aim is to advance the efforts of modernization and democratization in Indonesia, with a strong emphasis on morality, cultural integrity, and religious values. At The Habibie Center, we strive to create both a cultural and structural democratic society that acknowledges, respects, and upholds human rights.

We also focus on the development and enhancement of human resources and the socialization of technology. Our strategic development agenda includes various programs, such as democratization and human rights, scientific and technological human resources, media and information, maritime resources, technology socialization and dissemination, and network building and cooperation. Our logo represents our vision and mission, with four pillars symbolizing the foundations of The Habibie Center - Democracy, Technology, Justice (Human Rights), and Culture.
