About Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity of Broward is an independent affiliate of Habitat Broward, which was founded in June 1983. With a mission to create a world where everyone has a decent place to live, they have served 612 hard-working families to date. In Broward, one of the nation's most cost-burdened housing markets, homeownership remains out of reach for 87% of families.
Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to changing this reality. They offer various products and services to support their mission, including a Homeownership Application and Future Homeowner Portal for those interested in applying for a Habitat home. Additionally, they welcome volunteers to participate in their builds at construction sites, ReStore, and administrative offices.
By purchasing new or gently used household items and building materials at their ReStore, customers can not only find incredible deals but also contribute to funding their important work. Join them in creating a world where everyone can achieve their homeownership dreams and support their mission to build homes, communities, and hope
