Habito Ergotherapie

Habito Ergotherapie is a private occupational therapy practice in Zwolle, the Netherlands, led by occupational therapist Hanneke Stolk. It supports adults who experience limitations in everyday activities and want practical ways to improve their independence and quality of life. Therapy focuses on a person’s abilities, needs and environment, with individual training, coaching and tailored advice. Appointments take place at the practice, and home visits are also possible.

Services include occupational therapy, workplace assessments and home analyses. Workplace assessments combine ergonomic workstation adjustments with guidance on posture and work habits, identifying risks and suggesting improvements. Home analyses review accessibility, circulation space and the usability of areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, with recommendations for adaptations, fall prevention and making household tasks easier. Advice can also address changing needs, such as preparing a home for ageing or wheelchair use. Habito emphasizes personal contact and works with clients on achievable goals and practical strategies. The practice website currently states that it has paused new patient registrations; visits are by appointment only.
