Hamilton Anglers Club is an incorporated society founded in 1961 to foster freshwater fishing in the Hamilton, New Zealand region. Welcoming visitors as well as members, the club brings together people interested in angling and offers opportunities to learn, share skills and enjoy fishing in good company. Its monthly club nights feature guest speakers who share their knowledge and specialist interests from across the world of angling.
Members and visitors can also take part in club trips and competitions, learn fly tying and fly casting, explore local waters, and connect through the club’s events and online blog. The club provides access to a club lodge and offers membership for those wishing to become more involved. Meetings are held at the Waikato Sportfishing Clubrooms at 499 Grantham Street in Hamilton.
