The Hacienda Hotel is a historic boutique hotel in Downtown New Port Richey, Florida, where restored 1920s architecture meets modern comforts. Reopened in 2022 after a multiyear renovation, it is one of Florida’s original pink hotels and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its 40 guest rooms, including a King Suite, combine historic character with contemporary amenities. Guests can enjoy the grand lobby, original chandeliers and restored fireplace, or relax in the landscaped courtyard beside its working 1927 fountain. Two second-floor balconies offer views of Sims Park, the Cotee River and the gardens.

The hotel’s on-site restaurant, Sasha’s on the Park, serves Mediterranean-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner. A full-service bar offers handcrafted cocktails in a setting featuring reclaimed wood. The Hacienda also provides versatile spaces for weddings, events, private dining and boardroom meetings. Complimentary parking and a walkable location give guests convenient access to downtown shops, restaurants, galleries, entertainment and the riverfront.
