About Kenya Haemophilia Association
The Kenya Haemophilia Association (KHA) is the official patient organization representing individuals with Haemophilia and other bleeding disorders in Kenya. Established in 1979 and recognized by the World Federation of Hemophilia in 1992, KHA is dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of care for patients in the country.
Their main objectives include providing clinical support and care, advocating for a conducive healthcare environment, raising public awareness, mobilizing resources, promoting research and education, and training caregivers.
KHA works collaboratively with stakeholders to benefit those living with Haemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Through their efforts, they strive to improve the quality of life for affected individuals and contribute to the advancement of healthcare in Kenya.
