Hafija. pl is a Polish parenting and breastfeeding brand founded by Agata Brojanowska-Aleksandrowicz, who has supported parents with lactation since 2011. The site combines an informative blog with practical learning and support options, helping families navigate breastfeeding from the early days through continuation and gentle weaning.
Its articles explore topics such as milk supply, power pumping, breast milk and infant immunity, feeding in public, substances that may pass into milk, sleep while breastfeeding, postpartum depression, and common breastfeeding myths. The content also addresses less frequently discussed circumstances, including breastfeeding after spinal cord injury, and presents breastfeeding as part of everyday parenting. Hafija.
pl offers breastfeeding courses, a weaning workshop, and help with breastfeeding, alongside a newsletter for readers who want updates. Agata identifies as a breastfeeding promoter and has a background in social communication, including communication in lactation and medicine. She works with the Specjaliści Dzieciom Foundation and studies midwifery.
The website notes that its information is educational and does not replace professional medical or lactation care
