The brand says its meat is hand-cut rather than minced and that meals are prepared without the high-temperature processing used for many conventional canned foods and pouches.

The range includes complete dog meals with beef, chicken, venison, turkey, or pork, alongside specialist cooked diets for dogs with kidney or liver conditions and a combined kidney-and-pancreas diet. Cat products include complete chicken, pork, turkey, and chicken meals, as well as diets for kidney and pancreatic support and a low-iodine option.

Meals are cooked to order, vacuum-packed in daily portions, and delivered chilled. Dog menus contain seven individually packed portions, with serving sizes from 150 to 800 grams; cat menus provide seven 200-gram portions.
