Hagopian Arts is an independent, female-owned and operated public art initiative based in West Philadelphia. Led by Kala Hagopian, an artist with a deep passion for nature, Hagopian Arts specializes in creating luminous and meticulously rendered murals. In 2018, Hagopian Arts launched the Eco Mural Project, a series of street-level murals aimed at raising environmental consciousness by bringing depictions of natural ecosystems into urban spaces.

Kala Hagopian, who grew up in rural Vermont surrounded by nature, infuses her artwork with realism, bright patterns, and atmospheric elements, earning her the title of a fine-art muralist. Hagopian Arts has an extensive portfolio, collaborating with a diverse range of clients including nonprofits, community organizations, corporate developers, small businesses, and personal residences. Additionally, the initiative has participated in numerous education and community outreach programs, touching the lives of at-risk youth, adults, and people of all ages.
