Hagshultskossorna is a farm-based meat producer in Småland, Sweden, built around its “Kopensionat,” or cow retirement home. When their dairy careers end, the cows are cared for on the farm, where they can graze freely, live together and move at their own pace. The farm says this care for animals, land and food is reflected in its climate-certified, grass-fed beef, known for its flavour and character. Since 2020, Hagshultskossorna has been certified under Svenskt Sigill IP Klimat.
Customers can shop at the farm store or order boxes of beef and minced meat. The range includes cuts such as tenderloin, entrecôte, flank steak, brisket and oxtail, alongside charcuterie and ready-made favourites. The store also offers a selected range of complementary products, including tallow, cheese, eggs and hamburger buns. Hagshultskossorna shares recipes and cooking guidance, and welcomes visitors for farm visits, guided tours and events. Its Korvfestival celebrates sausage, food and the farm’s story.
