Haie-Fanprojekt e.V. is the official fan project of the Kölner Haie, bringing supporters together and representing their interests. Founded in 2010, it serves as an umbrella organization for the club’s fan groups and individual fans, and acts as a link between the Kölner Haie and their fan community. Its six elected fan representatives coordinate fan work under the motto “By fans, for fans.”

The organization arranges away-game trips by bus, special train and ship, typically including return transport and a game ticket, and shares travel information for upcoming fixtures. It also plans fan events, creates opportunities for supporters to meet players and club officials, and supports fan activities around home and away games. Fans can connect through affiliated supporters’ clubs, the fan forum and event activities.

Membership costs €30 per year, with contributions supporting fan work and an end-of-season donation to the Haie youth program. Members receive away-trip booking priority and discounts, a player meet-and-greet, a season-ending event and a newsletter.
