Housing Association for Integrated Living (HAIL) is an Irish housing association providing independent social housing and specialist support to people with mental health needs. It offers homes to people with long-term mental health support needs as well as those seeking general-needs social housing. Alongside housing, HAIL provides visiting support services designed to help tenants sustain their tenancies and live independently.
Its services include the Regional Visiting Support Service, the CARA project, prison in-reach, courts liaison, the Slรกn Abhaile project and peer support. HAIL also offers practical tenant services, including guidance on becoming a tenant, paying rent, reporting repairs and addressing anti-social behaviour. The organisation owns and manages homes and works with property developers, local authorities, estate agents, other approved housing bodies and state agencies to pursue development opportunities and provide more housing.
HAIL encourages tenants and clients to participate in its community through social groups and events. Based in Dublin, the organisation supports more than 700 tenants and clients and reports a 98% tenancy sustainment rate for its in-house support service in 2025
