About HAkA
HAkA is a non-profit organization based in Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia. Also known as Forest, Nature, and Environment Aceh Foundation, HAkA is dedicated to preserving and protecting the Leuser Ecosystem, one of the world's ancient rainforests located in the northernmost part of Sumatra island. With a mission to safeguard this crucial landscape, HAkA actively works towards campaigns for the protection of the Leuser Ecosystem.
They strive to strengthen community involvement and participation to ensure the sustainable conservation of the region's unique biodiversity.
