Haldemann Bildhauerei

Haldemann Bildhauerei Thun GmbH is an experienced stone-carving and sculpture atelier based in Thun, Switzerland. Since 1972, the business has designed and crafted gravestones and grave monuments, serving customers in the Canton of Bern and the Valais. Its work is shaped around each customer’s ideas and wishes, with the aim of creating a personal memorial. The company recognises that choosing a grave monument can take time and encourages families to begin the process when they feel ready.

A gallery of completed monuments offers initial inspiration, while the atelier emphasises that it cannot replace a personal conversation with an attentive, knowledgeable sculptor. The team discusses individual preferences and can adapt designs to bring a wide range of personal visions to life. Customers can contact Haldemann by phone or email, or visit its workshop at Länggässli 2 in Thun. The atelier is open Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons, and also welcomes visits by appointment.
