Established in 1964 at Goregaon, Mumbai, Haldyn is synonymous with Glass today and the most preferred choice of many in India and abroad. In the year 1991, we shifted our base to the picturesque village of Gavasad near Baroda in Gujarat. Our present Unit is a state-of-the-Art Automatic Plant and is well connected to all the important towns and cities of India. Manufacturing of quality glass is ensured by proper glass conditioning with the aid of Automatic Temperature Control System for fore-hearths. Furnaces are built with high quality imported refractories, Electronic Furnace Control equipment including CC cameras imported from Europe which are installed inside the furnaces. I.S. machines are electronically controlled. CAD-CAM facility is used for designing and manufacturing of the moulds. In-house foundry helps in producing quality material for moulds. Containers manufactured by us go through various stages of stringent quality tests including Thermal Shock, Pressure and Stress Tests. Captive Power Generation Plant using clean fuel (natural gas) ensures uninterrupted power supply. We have two Plants in the same premises – with a capacity to produce 480 tons clear glass containers per day . The bigger Plant has 9 IS machines with both 10 and 8 sections SG,DG,TG . At present we produce clear glass containers in the range of 50 ml to 1000ml as per the design and choice of our valued clients. Our objective is to contribute to global environmental conservation through development of environment-friendly glass containers.
