Hallownest.net is the home of The Embraced One’s detailed, interactive map of Hollow Knight, the game by Team Cherry. Built from hundreds of thousands of screenshots, the map was carefully drawn over and corrected to create a high-resolution view that can be explored at a scale close to gameplay. The project began in August 2017 and was completed in February 2023. Visitors can browse the map online, though its maximum zoom has been reduced because of hosting issues; the full image is available through the site’s downloads section.

The site also shares videos documenting the mapping process, Hollow Knight ambience videos, and occasional content on other subjects through the creator’s YouTube channel. It offers links to social media and supporter platforms for people who want to follow or share the project. Hallownest.net additionally introduces Where Birds Sleep, the creator’s narrative adventure game, in which players do not control the protagonist, who may argue, resist, and act unexpectedly.
