Hamann Sport

Hamann Sport is a fitness studio in central Cologne offering small-group training, personal coaching, and a welcoming community for people with different goals and experience levels. Its classes have limited places so trainers can provide individual feedback, adapt challenges to participants’ fitness levels, and help members train safely and confidently. The studio’s range includes kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, yoga, strength and mobility sessions, and back-care classes.

Training supports goals such as improving fitness, strength, coordination, flexibility, technique, and confidence, while combat sports also offer an opportunity to learn self-defence skills. Members can also choose personal training, with focused support tailored to their needs and objectives. Hamann Sport emphasizes well-equipped, clean facilities and the motivation that comes from exercising together, building training partnerships, and making progress as a group.

Located in Cologne’s city centre, the studio is about a three-minute walk from Neumarkt. Beginners and experienced participants are welcome, and prospective members can try the studio with a free trial session
