Hamaspik Choice

Hamaspik is a New York health plan provider and patient advocate that helps eligible individuals choose among federally and state-funded coverage options. Its plans serve people who qualify for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as Medicaid-eligible individuals who need long-term care. Hamaspik Medicare Select is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan offering Medicare Part A and Part B services, prescription drug coverage, and additional benefits such as over-the-counter health items, eye exams, eyewear, medical equipment, and fitness programs.

Hamaspik Medicare Choice combines Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Advantage Plus coverage, with benefits that include prescription drugs, specialist care, transportation, dental and hearing care, healthy food, and consumer-directed personal assistance services. Hamaspik Choice is a Managed Long-Term Care plan for members who need ongoing support. Each member receives a Personal Care Manager to coordinate services, which may include home health aides and nurses, meals, rehabilitation therapies, and adult day health care.
