Hamburg Bikes

Hamburg Bikes is an independent bicycle workshop in Hamburg-Bramfeld, serving riders across the Wandsbek area. The team focuses on repairs, servicing and inspections rather than bicycle sales, and works on road bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes, e-bikes, cargo bikes and other bicycle types. It accepts most manufacturers, with an exception for very low-budget brands that do not meet its quality standards.

Services include routine inspections, puncture and tire repairs, brake and gear adjustments, drivetrain maintenance, frame checks, component replacements and upgrades, and e-bike servicing, particularly for Bosch and Shimano systems. Hamburg Bikes is an official Shimano Service Center and works with several bicycle leasing providers, including JobRad and BusinessBike. Customers can buy spare parts and bike-care products, receive practical maintenance advice, and attend seasonal workshops on bicycle care and minor repairs.

The workshop emphasizes experienced mechanics, transparent pricing and an open approach to repairs. Appointments are recommended and can be booked online, though walk-ins may be accepted when capacity allows
