About Hämeenlinnan joulumarkkinat
Hämeenlinnan Joulumarkkinat is an annual Christmas event held at Verkatehdas in Hämeenlinna, Finland. Organised by Keskisuomalainen Media Oy, the market brings visitors and exhibitors together for a festive weekend featuring seasonal products, gift ideas, treats and Christmas music. Children and adults can meet Santa Claus, while visitors explore the market stalls and enjoy a welcoming, community-minded atmosphere.
The 2026 event is scheduled for 28–29 November, with opening hours from 10 a. m. to 5 p.
m. on Saturday and 10 a. m.
to 4 p. m. on Sunday.
Admission for the public is free. The event offers services for both visitors and exhibitors, including exhibitor registration, stall information, a venue map and guidance for food vendors. Stall enquiries and cancellation vacancies are handled by the fair production team.
