Underground Hoops is a family-run fitness and sports training facility in Ham Lake, Minnesota, just north of the Twin Cities. Formerly known as The Lab Athletic, the business is now owned by long-time members committed to supporting athletes and maintaining a welcoming, well-equipped training environment. Its facility memberships provide access to courts, shooting machines, batting cages and throwing tunnels, turf, and weight equipment, with an option for 24/7 access.
The center also offers sports performance training focused on speed, agility, strength, explosive movement, reaction, and injury prevention. Specialized skills training is available for basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, hockey dryland, soccer, and other sports. Basketball programs include individual and small-group instruction, team training, camps, and clinics, delivered primarily by TVP Basketball and independent trainers.
Teams can rent courts, turf, and batting facilities. Underground Hoops welcomes people of all ages and skill levels, from youth participants and professional athletes to adults pursuing better fitness and athletic ability. Prospective visitors can schedule a tour or purchase a day pass
