About Hampton
Hampton | Instituto de Inglés has been dedicated to teaching the English language for over 20 years. Founded in 1996 by Prof. Silvana Maqueira, the institute initially operated in a small location on D.
A. Larrañaga Street in Uruguay. In February 2015, Hampton moved to a renovated and more spacious facility at D.
A. Larrañaga 4518. The institute's main objective has always been to provide English language education to children, young adults, and adults.
They offer support courses and preparation for secondary school exams, as well as international exam preparation. Hampton is endorsed by the Instituto Dickens, where their students take exams and receive Oxford House College certificates. From the 5th level for young adults and the 4th level for adults, all exams are internationally recognized.
This allows their students to obtain highly valued international diplomas (PET, FCE, CAE, CPE) for their curriculum vitae
