Hamza Foundation is a welfare and non-governmental charitable organization that has been serving humanity across the country since its establishment in 1954. It all started with the establishment of Sabra Masjid in Shershah Karachi, with the aim of imparting basic Islamic teachings to the children of destitutes in the area. After the passing of its founder, Mian Muhammad Amin, in 1967, his successors decided to create a social welfare institution in his memory.

Thus, the Amin Hayat Trust was formed, which later became the renowned Hamza Foundation in 1978. With the ultimate objective of becoming a grand charitable organization, Hamza Foundation is dedicated to serving various domains of society. Their services range from the medical wing and religious affairs to the HF Academy, where individuals can acquire essential knowledge and skills.

The Foundation takes pride in its name, Hamza, which pays homage to Hazrat Ameer Hamza, the uncle of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). Hamza Foundation remains committed to its vision of serving the nation and uplifting the lives of those in need
