HandicapNL is a brand dedicated to helping young people with severe brain injuries build a new future. Every year, approximately 500 young people in the Netherlands suffer from serious brain injuries. After the usual rehabilitation period, it is often difficult for them to resume their lives.

However, with the help of the Erik Scherder House, progress can still be made even after rehabilitation. The Erik Scherder House offers an intensive program for 35 young people annually, including studies, work internships, physical training, and psychological and social support. The goal is to enable them to fully participate in society again.

HandicapNL aims to contribute to the daily costs of the house, such as tuition fees, sports days, and excursions, creating an enriched and challenging learning environment.
