Hand-in-Hand Share Missions is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization powered by volunteers who work to support underserved communities through healthcare, practical resources, and education funding. Its efforts serve people locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and internationally in rural Vietnam. The organization’s services include medical and dental treatment, vision support such as glasses, and the distribution of essential supplies, including rice. It also provides patient registration for local health events and invites community members to volunteer or support its work through donations.

Hand-in-Hand Share Missions organizes local missions and international service trips. Its 2026 local mission is scheduled for November 7 at Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church in Arlington, Texas. The organization’s Vietnam international mission is planned for June 19–25, 2027, in Dak Lak, Vietnam, with an application process for prospective volunteers. It also hosts an annual fundraising gala, with the next date to be announced. Through these programs, the organization aims to connect volunteers and donors with communities in need.
