HANNELI

Hanneli is a therapy and wellbeing services provider based in Oulu, Finland, supporting women who want to pause, clarify their life situation and strengthen their personal resources. Its services are designed to help clients find a clearer direction, reconnect with their own voice and make choices that feel right for them.

Offerings include solution-focused brief therapy for people experiencing exhaustion, uncertainty or a loss of direction. Hanneli also provides Auvo Brain Relief®, a Finnish-developed, music-integrated touch treatment described as gentle and deeply relaxing, intended to help interrupt prolonged stress and support balance in both body and mind.

For connection and shared experiences, the Voimaa ja valoa group offers women a warm small-group setting to make new friends, exchange ideas and share life’s joys and challenges. Hanneli also runs wellbeing workshops, including Unelmien työpajat. Together, these services offer different ways to explore change, relaxation and meaningful social connection. Hanneli shares practical insights for everyday life through its communications and invites visitors to subscribe to its newsletter for news and upcoming events.
